If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Where your enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of enquiries.
4. Contact Form and FormSubmit
We use FormSubmit for the contact form. When you submit the form, your entries and technically necessary connection data are transferred to FormSubmit and then forwarded to us by email. The data processed includes the fields you complete, in particular your name, email address, company, phone number, selected topic and message.
Depending on the content of the enquiry, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing outside the European Union cannot be ruled out. 5. WhatsApp
The WhatsApp link on this website only establishes a connection to WhatsApp when you actively click it. When WhatsApp is used, WhatsApp or Meta may process your phone number, communication content and technical data and may transfer data to third countries. Use is voluntary. You can always contact us by email or phone instead. The WhatsApp Privacy Information also applies.
6. Cookies, Analytics and External Services
In the current version of this website, we do not use our own analytics or marketing services or the related tracking cookies. This does not affect technically necessary processing by the hosting provider. External services are only contacted when you actively use the contact form or click the corresponding link.
7. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to handle the relevant enquiry and possible follow-up questions. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. Data is deleted when the processing purpose no longer applies and there is no legal obligation or legitimate reason for continued storage.
