Hosting and server logs
This website is delivered through Netlify. Technically necessary connection and log data may be processed to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Depending on the processing, data may also be transferred to third countries, in particular the United States, using the data-protection safeguards provided by Netlify.
Contact form / email delivery
When you submit our contact form, the information you enter is processed through a server-side function provided by our hosting environment and forwarded to us by email. We use Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) for the technical delivery of these emails. The information required for delivery is transmitted to Resend. The form data is not permanently stored on our website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business enquiries. Depending on the processing, data may be transferred to the United States. The data is deleted once it is no longer required to handle the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
